Table Manner and Study Visit in BNDCC, Sunday 11 June 2023
The video viewing session and material debriefing were provided by Mr. Ida Bagus Slokantara. The material provided is material regarding the Introduction to the Bali Nusa Dua convention center to participants, provision of material regarding procedures, ethics and rules for conducting table manners in accordance with universal standardization standards. The number of participants who attended was 87 students from the 2022 batch.
The making bed session was given by the executive housekeeper, namely Mr. Putu Junisrta. The making bed session is carried out by giving practice first by housekeeping staff then inviting several students to practice directly.
The fruit carving session was given by the executive chef, namely chef Rachman. The hotel prepares fruit to be carved and decorated by students. But first the executive chef gave an example and then invited several students to practice directly
The hotel tour is carried out by hotel staff by guiding students to surround the hotel to the hotel room.
