The Faculty of Tourism, Hospitality Management Study Program has a PKL (Field Work Practice) course for its students or known as On Job Training (OJT). This program is carried out for 6 months in hotels. Monitoring and evaluation is carried out by several lecturers at several hotels where students are on job training. The aim of this monitoring and evaluation is to find out how much students are able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in college, as well as how our students adapt and socialize with the objective conditions of the employment (industry), whether there are any obstacles faced by students during OJT. This monitoring and evaluation was carried out on November 17 2023 by 4 lecturers at 3 existing hotels, namely the Conrad Bali Nusa Dua Hotel, which was received by Mrs. Fitri Gayatri as Administrative Assistant of Human Resources, Four Points By Sheraton Bali Ungasan, which was received by Mrs. Maria Helen Atika Sari - The position of Human Resources Coordinator, and The Pullman Bali Legian Beach which was accepted by Mrs. Dieby Ayu as Learning and General Affairs Coordinator Talent and Culture. Overall, the monitoring and evaluation results went smoothly, the industry felt very helped by the presence of OJT students and the students themselves felt happy because they could learn directly in the industry. Through this monitoring and evaluation activity, it has helped the study program monitor student developments in the industry. Apart from that, the monitoring and evaluation activity also provides the study program with the latest information from the hotel industry and is expected to maintain cooperative relations between the study program and industry.
